Shipping policy
Order Processing
- All standard orders are processed within 3-7 business days but may be up to 10 business days during sales or promotional events. (Business days excludes weekends and public holidays).
- Custom orders are processed within 5-10 business days.
- Confirmation email (or WhatsApp) will be sent once payment has cleared, order has been confirmed and your order processing has started.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Offers
- Shipping options include:
- Pudo: 2-5 business days delivery @ R79
- The Courier Guy Overnight shipping: 1-3 business days delivery @ R160
- Collection - You may choose to collect your order from us at 00 13th road, Noordwyk, Midrand once your order has been marked as complete and you have been notified that your order is ready to be collected. - Orders to remote or rural areas may have additional courier or delivery fees and times (quoted at checkout).
Courier & Tracking
- All orders are shipped via trusted third-party couriers.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to follow your parcel’s journey.
- Tracking the shipping/delivery is the responsibility of the client. Please use the tracking code sent to your email/WhatsApp to check on its shipping status and contact the related courier company directly for any queries.
- Amani Hair Couture is happy to offer support in checking on the status of a parcel's delivery, should there be any issues or delays, however, tracking and communicating with delivery driver are the ultimate responsibility of the client.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring the shipping address submitted is correct and accessible. AHC is not liable for delays or loss due to incorrect address details provided by the client.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, you must notify Amani Hair Couture within 24 hours of delivery with photos of damage, to ensure we can find a resolution in a timely manner with the involved courier company.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the item, contact us immediately so we can open an investigation with the involved courier.
Amani Hair Couture (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage to goods caused by the courier during or after transit. However, we are committed to assisting our clients in reaching a fair resolution with the courier company. Where required, we will provide supporting evidence such as photos or videos to confirm the condition of the items at the time they were handed over for dispatch.
