Refunds & Exchanges
As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring a smooth customer experience, we do offer a return policy. We will gladly accommodate returns and exchanges of products which have not been opened, worn or tampered with. You will be responsible for return courier charge. We source and offer high quality hair systems and due to this, our return rates are remarkably low.
The Following rules are applicable for in the event of a return/exchange:
- If a faulty or incorrect item has been sent by Amani Hair Couture, we will take full responsibilty and will have the item exchanged for the correct one in the shortest time possible. Incorrect or faulty items must be reported with 48 hours of receipt. Please email u at info@amanihaircouture.com or WhatsApp 076 579 0171.
- Returns due to change of mind / incorrect choice can unfortunately not be accepted however, we will be happy to provide you with an exchange for the item of your choice (applicable only if the involved items are unused, untampered with and in original condition and packaging), the customer will be liable to pay for the return shipping fee.
- In the event that a refund has been approved, through direct communication with Amani Hair Couture (info@amanihaircouture.com/0765790171), the approved refund will be processed within 7-14 business days once the returned item has been received and inspected by our dedicated team. Refunds are done via the original method of payment (if possible).
- In the event of an exchanged, the exchange product will be processed and then shipped once returned item has been received, inspected and confirmed. Please see the processing time written in the product description of the item/s involved.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
Any custom orders (bleached lace, plucked hairline, tinted lace), sale items, items clearly marked “final sale”, lace wigs that have had the lace cut, are non-returnable, or wigs with fringe/bangs - as these can be worn without cutting the lace. For the safety of you, our client, we take matters of hygiene very seriously, and therefore do not allow extensions that have been worn, tags removed or hair that has been tampered with to be returned or exchanged.
