House of Amani formerly Amani Hair Couture – 30-Day Warranty Policy

At House of Amani, we stand behind the quality of our products therefore all our wigs and satin products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered:
• Manufacturing defects
• Damaged products received upon delivery
• Material or workmanship issues affecting normal use
What’s Not Covered:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper care, use, or styling
• Accidental damage or misuse
How to Claim:

2. Include your order number, product photos, and description of the issue.
3. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions.
Resolution:
• Approved claims may be eligible for repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
• Shipping costs for returns due to warranty claims will be covered by Amani Hair Couture.
Additional Notes:
• All products must be returned in their original packaging.
• Claims submitted after 30 days will not be covered under this warranty.
